Day 9 of 31 Day Spooktacular- DIY Book Crafts

This is a story about a box of books...

Last year, a young couple  stopped by a garage sale and found a box of hard-covered books for $1.00. The books were ratty and falling apart but the young girl knew she could find something to do with them.  These sad-looking books sat in a garage while their new owner occasionally pondered how she could put them to use. 


 
Well, it just so happens that the lady is obsessed with Halloween. When the air turned crisp and the leaves started to change, she grabbed her (silver, black, and orange) spray paint and decided to give the books a face lift.

These books now sit happily on her shelves (perfectly color-coordinated) scattered among the rest of the Halloween decor.
