Baked Kale Chips

Who can open a bag of chips and stop after one or two? Not me... and I'm guessing not you. Here's a healthy alternative that you won't feel bad when you don't stop muching. Plus, it has only THREE ingredients! 

1. Kale
2. Olive Oil
3. Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the kale.  Remove the stems and tough parts, and cut or rip into pieces.

Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for around 15-18 minutes or until edges are brown.


Ok, it may not look as appetizing as chips, but give it a try! I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
