This past week, a friend of mine hosted a Jewelry Party and asked me to cater it for her. I jumped at the chance, I love whipping out my entertaining-ware.
Menu:

Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

Pinwheels with Salsa
Jalapeno Poppers
Mini Salads with Raspberry Balsamic Dressing
Mini Caramel Filled Cupcakes

Great idea to use shot glasses and little glass cups for single servings! It looks very tasty.

Presentation means everything and I love all the presentations. I especially like the shrimp with the cocktail sauce in a shot glass. So creative!!
